About the Institute

Established in 2016 under the Rashtriya Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyan (RUSA) initiative, Model Degree College, Nayagarh, is a government institution dedicated to providing quality higher education in the Nayagarh district of Odisha. Affiliated with Utkal University, Bhubaneswar, the college offers undergraduate programs in Arts and Science streams. Situated on a 7-acre campus in Lathipada, the college is committed to fostering academic excellence and holistic development among its students.

     • For B.A./B.Sc.: Completion of 10+2 with relevant subjects from a recognized board.

   • Admission Process:

     • Admissions are conducted based on merit through the Student Academic Management System (SAMS), Odisha.

     • Follows reservation policies as prescribed by the Government of Odisha and the Government of India.
