Government Ayurvedic College and Hospital, Balangir, located in Tulsi Nagar, Balangir, Odisha, is a premier institution for Ayurvedic education in Western Odisha. It was established on May 5, 1975, under private management and was taken over by the Government of Odisha on July 1, 1984. It is one of the three government Ayurvedic colleges in the state.
The college offers both undergraduate and postgraduate programs in Ayurveda:
Undergraduate Program:
Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS)
Postgraduate Program:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) in Ayurveda in select specializations

For BAMS: Completion of 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology
For MD: BAMS degree from a recognized institution
