Swami Vivekanand National Institute of Rehabilitation Training and Research (SVNIRTAR) is an autonomous institute under the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India. Located in Olatpur, near Cuttack, Odisha, it is a premier institution dedicated to the rehabilitation of persons with disabilities through education, training, research, and clinical services.
