About the Institute

National Institute of Science Education and Research (NISER), located in Jatni, Khurda district near Bhubaneswar, Odisha, is an autonomous premier institute under the Department of Atomic Energy (DAE), Government of India. Established in 2007, it aims to train scientific manpower for advanced research and development in frontier areas of science.
